Today I was coming home a from a great program at Easton Mountain called Living Full Out, and on the way home, I dropped off a friend I was carpooling with in the town of Ludlow, just east of Springfield. As part of the Meditation Mass 351 Challenge, it’s about taking time out to see something different and stop and take in the space. As I didn’t have to be home at any particular time, I thought this was a great opportunity to check off another town on the list.
Ludlow has a nice, quiet little town center, where I meditated in front of the First Meeting House of Ludlow (built 1783) and also saw the memorial in the traffic island in the middle of the center. I had never been here, and while I passed by all the businesses on Route 21 near the Massachusetts Turnpike, this was a nice respite on the 4 hour trip.
I’m looking forward to more of these.
So, which town should I go to next?
